Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is scanned to begin the monitoring process.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
